DRAM

NAND FLASH

The price of NAND FLASH has remained stable. An uncertain factor: Samsung will redistribute production capacity between NAND and DRAM. If Samsung reduces NAND FLASH production capacity and increases DRAM production capacity, the price of NAND FLASH flash memory may be much better than expected.

NOR FLASH

Due to the reduction of inventory and changes in supplier allocation, the overall price of NOR flash memory is stable. With Spansion's efforts to reposition the market, many customers are looking for alternative suppliers to ensure that supplies are not disrupted during the busiest quarter. Whether it is low density or high density NOR flash memory, its market performance is strong. And some density products also have a shortage of supply.
