Angry Nokia

Angry Nokia Nokia in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands sued Apple Computer, claiming that the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch infringed their patents.

Prior to this, Nokia said that many Apple products infringed its own patents. Apple also filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nokia earlier.

Nokia said on Thursday: "The latest lawsuit has added 13 patent infringement allegations. Nokia previously filed 24 patent infringement allegations against the US International Business Council, Delaware, Wisconsin Federal Court."

This lawsuit will continue for a long time, and the earliest time for the trial will be in the second half of next year.

Apple has not yet expressed its opinion. Last week, Apple filed an appeal saying that Nokia infringed on its 13 patents.

On December 3, Nokia filed a lawsuit in the High Court of the United Kingdom, designing technology patents including a touch screen user interface, on-board application storage, and noise cancellation.

In a lawsuit in Germany, Nokia stated that Apple infringed its patents on caller ID, user interface, antenna structure, chipset and screen brightness technology.
