For instance, to prevent motion sickness, VR systems must maintain a refresh rate of at least 100Hz and keep delays under 20ms. These requirements are difficult to meet with 4G, but 5G can provide the necessary speed and responsiveness. Experts like Professor Bao Hujun from Zhejiang University believe that integrating AI into the system can further optimize performance by dynamically adjusting display quality based on network conditions. This kind of adaptive computing is key to ensuring smooth and immersive VR experiences. As 5G continues to evolve, it's clear that its impact will go far beyond faster internet speeds. It will enable new forms of interaction, revolutionize industries, and bring us closer to a fully connected digital world.
