There is a problem before the transformation
The workshop lighting used in the factory originally used 280 sets of 400W traditional metal halide lamps. Lighting renovation program
In response to customer requirements, Grand Technology (overclocking three customers) proposed a system lighting renovation program. After comprehensive consideration, Grand Technology replaced the original 400W metal halide lamp with a 200W LED high bay light. The installation height was 11 meters and the number of lamps remained unchanged at 280 sets. Analysis of the effect of lighting renovation
After the renovation of the luminaire, the average illuminance of the workshop increased from 98lx to 425lx, and the illuminance increased by 3.33 times. The illuminance uniformity increased from less than 0.2 to 0.46. The visual comfort of workers has a large Improve; the color rendering index is raised from below 30 to over 70, the color is highly consistent, and the color is more realistic.
Not only that, the annual light decay rate of metal halide lamps is above 10%, and the life of lamps is short (about 3000 hours). Energy saving analysis
Through a complete set of lighting renovation solutions, the lamp power was reduced from 400W to 200W, and the total power of the workshop was reduced from 112KW to 56KW, a reduction of 56KW.
