At present, some home appliances in China have been graded according to differences in performance indicators. Take washing machines as an example, GB/T4288-2008 "National Standard for Electric Washing Machines for Household and Similar Uses" will have a wash ratio, wash uniformity, water consumption, moisture content, Noise and failure-free operation time are classified into four levels: A, B, C, and D according to international advanced level, domestic advanced level, and domestic medium and general level. Yesterday, the Institute of Home Appliances and China Light Link launched the A+ certification for high-end home appliances. Zhang Tieyan, deputy director of the National Household Electrical Appliances Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center, introduced that the technical requirements for the launch of the A+ class were raised by 4%-20% on the basis of the A-level limits set by the national standard. Any washing machine product that has passed the "A+" certification will receive the "A+" logo issued by Beijing Zhongguang United Certification Center. Products that will be certified in the future will be certified.

The industrial background of this certification is that the current domestic high-end home appliances have more and more categories and quantities, but lack of clear certification standards has caused market confusion. In recent years, under the pressure of cost and competition, increasing the proportion of high-end products has become the consensus of enterprises. The proportion of high-end products of many companies has reached 40%, and comprehensive white-electric companies such as Haier and Midea have also launched Casa. Emperor, Van Tai Luo and other positioning high-end sub-brand. Yesterday, an executive of a home appliance company whispered to reporters: “A lot of low-end products are lost money, of course, only rely on high-end home appliances to protect profits.” In fact, the profit margin of high-end products from the price comparison can be clear at a glance. Taking Haier's products as an example, the average refrigerator product is also around 3,000 yuan. However, Haier Casa Imperial's entry-level products reach 10,000 yuan, and the most expensive products are as much as 30,000 yuan. However, it is not known to consumers that “high-end” products are valued at a high price and their performance is much higher than that of ordinary products. As high-end products continue to flock to the market, the quality problems and after-sales problems that are exposed are also increasing day by day, and people can not help but question the high-end products.

In this regard, the Institute of Home Appliances, said the product will be tracking and supervision, if you find that the actual product and inspection of product performance indicators there is a difference, the product's A+ certificate will be revoked.
