Registration requirements:
1. Qualification of three or more levels (including three levels) for urban and road lighting engineering contractors;
2. The builder must select among the personnel who have filed the integrity management system of the construction industry in Foshan, and they are not locked. They must have the qualifications of the second-level or above of the mechanical and electrical professional profession (including the second grade), and hold the safety production assessment of the management personnel of the construction enterprise. Certificate of conformity (B certificate)";
3. Construction enterprises with safety production licenses;
4. This project does not accept the registration of the consortium.
4. Please register the following documents (original comparison) and materials (bound in the following order):
1. The original copy of the enterprise qualification certificate (A4 copy and official seal);
2. The original copy of the business license (A4 copy and official seal);
3. The original legal representative certificate and the original power of attorney of the legal person (the standard format of the industrial and commercial administration's supervisory system);
4. A copy of the qualification certificate of the construction engineer (copy of A4, with official seal);
5. A copy of the effective "Integrity Manual" issued by the construction administrative department of Foshan City (including various districts);
6. Copy of safety production license (A4 copy and official seal).
The above copy must be stamped with the official seal of the bidder. Anyone who fails to provide all the registration materials in accordance with the above requirements at the time of registration shall be deemed to be automatically waived.
