Cable makers are having a hard time at the beginning of the year

The related orders for cables in January have been declining. In contrast to the current international situation that is relatively repressed, cable makers have had a hard time at the beginning of spring.

Although the number of enterprises in China's circuit industry has exceeded 4,000, most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises, and the production technology level of cables is low. Therefore, only about 30% of the cable products that can really have a certain status in the international market and participate in competition. 70% is a low level, the demand space is gradually shrinking, facing the threat of elimination, the future is worrying.

Most of the businesses are not very optimistic about the cable demand after the Spring Festival. The research team conducted research on 44 cable factories. Different cable manufacturers have different views on the order requirements after the 2012 holiday season. However, considering the overall situation, most businesses are not very optimistic about the cable demand after the Spring Festival.

More than 50% of cable manufacturers expressed that they are not optimistic about the cable demand after the Spring Festival. The main reason is that the current macroeconomic environment is not good: SMEs in new power plants, real estate and other small and medium-sized enterprises are under tight funding, and cable manufacturers are still plagued by problems such as “difficulty in repayment”. However, 36.3% of the businesses indicated that the market after the Spring Festival will generally be better, and the cable industry is unique in 2011. The demand after the Spring Festival in 2012 will still maintain a good development. The remaining 13.7% of the merchants have reservations, which are mainly affected by the current weak order. There is greater uncertainty about the cable demand outlook after the holiday.
