The revision of the "Regulations" started in 2003. In ten years, Ningxia Electric Power Co., Ltd. cooperated with the Autonomous Regional Legal Affairs Office and the Economic and Information Commission of the Autonomous Region to fully investigate and demonstrate, and communicated and coordinated with the competent authorities of the Autonomous Region for several times, resulting in the “Regulations (Revised Draft)”. The revised “Regulations” is based on the actual development of Ningxia Electric Power and focuses on solving prominent problems and legal obstacles in power grid planning, construction, and protection of power facilities. The “Regulations” have been expanded from 35 to 50.
