Among them, OCT subscribed for 1.399 billion yuan, Nanjing Chuangyi subscribed for 550 million yuan, and Wei Whale Science and Technology Co., Ltd., the chairman of the Chinese Cultural Industry Investment Fund, also invested 449 million yuan to subscribe for Konka Group's 95.54 million shares, holding a ratio of 3.14%.
As of the date of this plan announcement, OCT Group and its concerted parties held a total of 722,108,042 shares of the company, which accounted for 29.99% of the total shares of Konka Group prior to the issuance and was the controlling shareholder of the company.
If fully subscribed, OCT Group and its concerted person's shareholding accounted for 33.48% of the total issued share capital of the company. OCT Group remains the controlling shareholder of Konka Group.
The Konka Group’s current increase is mainly used in four areas: 300 million yuan for smart TV R&D platform construction projects, 700 million yuan for brand and channel construction, and 500 million yuan for repayment of bank loans. The remaining 1.5 billion is used to supplement liquidity.
The biggest attraction of the Konka Group's increase in this year is to disclose the revenue of MicroWhale Technology. According to the announcement, the output of Micro Whale Technology in 2015 was 137 million yuan, and the net loss for the same period reached 131.5 million yuan.
