The circuit structure, the repair high-voltage high-frequency pulse is realized by the oscillation circuit and the self-induction booster coil. Due to the limitation of frequency, the self-induction booster coil cannot be made very large, but for the internal resistance and the small battery, the amplitude of the high-voltage pulse that can be generated under static state is very low after being added to the battery. After consulting and demonstrating the correctness of the basic principles of battery repair, I designed a high-performance repair device that uses a voltage-regulated transformer and a 555 circuit adjustable pulse width oscillator to drive a CMOS tube. Completely overcome the defects of the self-induction booster coil circuit, and the effect is very good. Generally, the old battery that has been used for nearly 3 years can be effective after one day of repair, and more than 70% of the rated capacity can be restored within 3 days (the damaged battery cannot be repaired).

This circuit can be repaired and charged. The transformer for repair uses a multi-tap transformer to suit batteries of different voltages. The batteries can be repaired from 3v to 36v. It must be noted that the voltage file used when repairing the battery is twice the battery voltage. For example, when repairing a 12v battery, choose a 24v transformer, and if repairing a 36v battery, choose a 60v transformer, but the pulse width potentiometer must be adjusted to the minimum state (that is, the current is the minimum state). When charging, the transformer with the same voltage range can be selected, and the pulse width potentiometer can be adjusted appropriately so that the current is the appropriate charging current.

This circuit is simple and suitable for self-made. The ammeter adopts 5A range. The shunt can be wound by 1 square millimeter enameled wire. The required length is determined by the multimeter in combination with the actual current measurement and the swing position of the meter head.
