(2) Safety preparation before maintenance work

(3) Safety regulations during maintenance operations
1. When the rotating part is filled, cleaned, or the wire rope is worn, the elevator must be stopped.

3. (4) Safety operation regulations for maintenance personnel when repairing the main parts of the elevator
1. Safety regulations during maintenance of the machine room:
(1) It is strictly forbidden to carry out maintenance when the traction machine is running.
(2) When repairing electrical equipment and wiring, it must be carried out with the power supply disconnected; when working with live power, it must be operated in accordance with the safety regulations for live operation; the grounding device is good.

(4) The engine room maintenance day, the elevator driver or maintenance personnel must be left in the car; when the car is operated in the machine room, only the inspection speed is allowed, and the person in the car or on the top of the car must be contacted. 2. Safety regulations for maintenance on the roof of the car:

3. Safety regulations for maintenance in the car:
(1) Before entering the car, the exact position of the car should be confirmed first. It must not be judged only by the number of layers indicated by the floor indicator.
(2) After entering the car, check whether the function buttons on the control box are flexible and reliable, and no smoking is allowed in the car.

4. Safety regulations for maintenance in the pit:
(1) First cut off the emergency stop switch or power supply of the elevator, and then work in the pit.
(2) Use a ladder when laying the pit. The ladder should be strong and placed reasonably and smoothly. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the pit.
(3) When working in the pit, when driving, the maintenance personnel must pay attention to whether the position is safe, prevent being caught by the line, the balance chain, or other accidents.
(4) There must be low-voltage lighting in the pit, and the brightness is sufficient to meet the working requirements.
(5) When working in the pit, pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent the device from being damaged by the device in the pit.
(6) When working in the pit, the engine room and the car roof must not be repaired at the same time to prevent accidents.
(5) Safety regulations for the use of elevators during maintenance
1. When the elevator is being repaired or the test is being repaired regularly, the main power supply must be disconnected. The elevator car can not carry passengers or load goods. At the same time, it should be suspended at the door level, the car inner control box, the machine room control cabinet, etc., and the contents of “checking and disabling”, “not allowed to close”, “repairing, not being able to start”, etc. The warning sign shall be directed by a special person during the test run. 2. When the elevator is inspected, tested, repaired, or cleaned, the power switch of the equipment room should be disconnected to ensure safety.
3. When the elevator is inspected and repaired, a safe voltage of 36V or less must be used. For this purpose, the elevator machine room, the pit of the hoistway, the car roof or the car floor should be equipped with low-voltage power sockets for maintenance.
4. The metal casing of all electrical equipment of the elevator should have a good grounding:
