In Shenzhen, we set up R&D centers, engineering laboratories, key laboratories, engineering centers, and public technology service platforms that meet the prescribed conditions. The special funds will be funded by up to 5 million yuan.
Enterprises, institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions undertake the construction tasks of national engineering laboratories, state key laboratories, and national engineering centers, and are implemented in Shenzhen. The special funds are given a maximum support of 15 million yuan.
Encourage technological innovation. For the city's enterprises to independently innovate new energy products research and development, special funds will be given up to 8 million yuan.
New energy industry projects with an investment of more than 200 million yuan will enjoy the green channel.
Encourage new energy industry innovation talents and innovation teams to start business in Shenzhen and participate in the national entrepreneurship competition held by the city. The city's science and technology research and development funds will allocate 6 million yuan each year to support the winners of the competition to implement the competition to win new energy industry projects in Shenzhen or to establish new energy start-up enterprises, and to be preferentially placed in innovative industrial buildings.
In order to introduce and cultivate professionals in the new energy industry, the “Several Measures†also stipulates that new energy professionals can enjoy preferential policies such as housing, spouse employment, children’s enrollment, and academic training subsidies, for workstations or mobile stations that are engaged in postdoctoral work. In the past, the domestic solar photovoltaic industry was mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta, and the introduction of Shenzhen planning and supporting measures is expected to change this pattern and form a gathering of the industry in Guangdong.
