Third, bidder qualification requirements
1. The bidder must be a manufacturer with the qualification of a legal person registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and capable of providing tendered goods and services;
2. The bidder must have a pressure pipeline component (TS) certificate;
3. The bidder must have a certain scale of mature production capacity, with previous successful supply experience;
4. If the goods provided by the bidder have foreign production, they must have perfect import procedures;
5. The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Commonwealth.
IV. Acquisition of Bidding Documents
4.1 All bidders are required to do so from September 28, 2016 to October 2, 2016 (excluding official holidays, public holidays) from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and from 13.30 pm to 16.00 pm Purchase tender documents.
4.2 Each set of bidding documents is priced at RMB 1,000 and will not be refunded after sale.
4.3 For the mail-order bidding documents, an additional processing fee (including postage) of 100 yuan shall be added. The tenderee shall send it within 3 days after receiving the unit introduction letter and the mail-order money (including the fee).
Fifth, the submission of tender documents
5.1 Deadline for the submission of tender documents: October 18, 2016, 9:30.
5.2 The tenderer shall not accept the tender documents delivered late or not delivered to the designated place.
5.3 When submitting tender documents, the bid applicant shall submit a bid security of no less than 40,000 yuan. The bid security may be wire transfer.
