Energy Bureau approves 24 provinces and cities for wind power projects

Energy Bureau approves 24 provinces and cities for wind power projects Yesterday, the website of the National Energy Administration announced the “Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Second Batch of Wind Power Project Approval Plans for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and expressed its agreement to include “twelfth five-year plan” for projects with sufficient preparatory work and grid access conditions. The second batch of plans to approve wind power projects totaled 14.92 million kilowatts.

The "Notice" stated that in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Wind Power Development and Construction" (Guineng Xinneng [2011] No. 285), the Energy Bureau reviewed the wind power development alternative projects reported by some provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and agreed Listed in the second batch of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” projects to be approved for wind power projects, the projects with full pre-phase work and grid access conditions were listed, totaling 14.92 million kilowatts, which were Beijing’s 100,000 kilowatts, Tianjin’s 130,000 kilowatts, and Hebei’s 1.24 million kilowatts. There are 1.39 million kilowatts in Shanxi, 980,000 kilowatts in Liaoning, 100,000 kilowatts in Shanghai, 640,000 kilowatts in Shanghai, 600,000 kilowatts in Zhejiang, 620,000 kilowatts in Anhui, 540,000 kilowatts in Fujian, 500,000 kilowatts in Jiangxi, 1.47 million kilowatts in Shandong, and 760,000 kilowatts in Henan. There are 310,000 kilowatts in Hubei, 740,000 kilowatts in Hunan, 790,000 kilowatts in Guangdong, 490,000 kilowatts in Guangxi, 250,000 kilowatts in Chongqing, 340,000 kilowatts in Sichuan, 690,000 kilowatts in Guizhou, 1.36 million kilowatts in Yunnan, 50,000 kilowatts in Tibet, and 300,000 kilowatts in Shaanxi. Qinghai 500,000 kilowatts.

In addition, it agreed to arrange decentralized access to 837,000 kilowatts of wind power projects and 1 million kilowatts of wind power grid demonstration projects. The above three types of projects totaled 16.76 million kilowatts. The approved plans for Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu, Xinjiang, and other provinces (districts) will be studied separately.

The "Notice" requires all provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities), the Development and Reform Commission (Energy Administration) to strengthen organizational coordination, earnestly implement the project construction conditions, in particular the conditions of power grid access and eliminate the market, urge the project unit to deepen the preparatory work, pending the construction conditions After the implementation of the access power grid technology plan, the project will be approved according to the relevant provisions of the project approval authority or submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval of the project. The projects listed in the approved plan no longer issue approval documents for the preparatory work. Items that cannot be approved in 2012 can be carried forward to 2013 for approval. Projects that do not have construction conditions should be cancelled. If individual projects need to be adjusted, a written application should be submitted and adjustments can be made pending approval.

The "Notice" also requires power grid companies to actively cooperate with the planning and construction of supporting power grid projects listed in the approved wind power projects, speed up the implementation of power grid access conditions and eliminate the market, so as to ensure that the project construction and supporting power grids are put into production and operation simultaneously. For projects that are not listed in the approved plan, grid companies may not accept their grid-connected operations. The decentralized access to wind power projects shall be in accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Decentralized Access to Wind Power Development and Construction Guidance Opinions”, and shall be strictly connected to a voltage class system of 110 kilovolts and below to be consumed within the distribution network and timely sum up the project construction and connection. Into the grid technical requirements and operational management and other aspects of experience.

Areas where wind power is connected to the grid for operation and absorption are difficult should encourage wind power development companies to carry out demonstration work to explore new modes of delivery and consumption. These have been included in the planned demonstration projects, and construction units should carry out project construction in strict accordance with the demonstration project construction plan. Ensure that the project is successfully completed and demonstrate the demonstration effect. After the completion of the project, relevant assessment work shall be carried out in a timely manner, and the results and experience of the demonstration shall be summarized.

The "Notice" also stated that Gansu Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should separately urge the project owners of the second phase of the Jiuquan Wind Power Base and the project owner of the Wulat Zhongqi Wind Power Base in Bayannaoer City to accelerate the preliminary work of the project and implement the grid transmission channel and elimination. The various conditions for the construction of the Nasdaq market, such as the approval of the project during the year, can be submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval.

Battery is the energy source of AGV car, and also relates to the service life of AGV car.Common battery types for AGV vehicles include nickel-cadmium battery, nickel-metal hydride battery, lithium battery and lead-acid battery, which have the following characteristics:

1. Nickel Cadmium Battery

The nickel-cadmium battery used in AGV car has large internal resistance and can be used for large current discharge.

2. Nimh battery

It offers higher capacity at the same price as nickel-cadmium batteries, less pronounced memory effects, and lower environmental pollution.

3. Lithium battery

"Lithium battery" is a kind of battery with lithium metal or lithium alloy as negative electrode material and non-aqueous electrolyte solution. Because lithium battery has the characteristics of high energy density, high voltage and stable operation, it is widely used.

4, lead acid battery

The electrodes are mainly made of lead and its oxides, and the electrolyte is a kind of battery with sulfuric acid solution.Lead-acid battery has the advantages of good invertibility, stable voltage characteristics, long service life, wide application range, abundant raw materials, renewable use and low cost.
