The custom-designed capacitive liquid position sensor is optimized for medical liquid management systems, automotive fuel tanks, agricultural liquid cylinders, hydraulic fluid and pump control, beverage dispensing systems, and other industrial applications. Capacitive sensors have a variety of output interface options, including SB, I2C, and discrete signals, providing a customized interface that can meet the needs of almost any application.
These sensors have 95% accuracy in automatic mode and 98% accuracy in manual calibration. Users can configure embedded software for maintenance-free automatic calibration or manual calibration, which greatly improves the accuracy of the sensor.
The capacitive sensor is equipped with a flexible circuit, adapts to the shape of the container via a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and can be easily installed outside the container.
