Most RGB products on the market use external ICs, where one IC controls multiple LED lamp beads. This setup can lead to stability issues—if one IC fails, all connected LEDs may stop working.
To address this issue, Xingguangbao developed the built-in IC 5050RGB lamp bead, which encapsulates the IC inside the LED during the packaging process. Each IC controls only one lamp bead, ensuring that if one IC fails, only that single lamp bead is affected, leaving the rest unaffected.
A representative from Xingguangbao stated that the built-in IC 5050RGB was launched in September this year and has shown excellent stability, significantly reducing the risk of finished product defects.
