Technical Requirements 1) The control of the reclaimer control box should be controlled by a small PLC (programmable controller) to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
2) All kinds of power distribution, control and protection of the electrical equipment for the reclaimer should be completed in the control box, including the necessary primary and secondary circuits.
3) In the control box incoming line, distribution and control loops require the use of air switches.
4) In order to reduce the type and quantity of spare parts and reduce the production and maintenance workload of the factory, the main distribution and control component selection requirements of the control box are consistent with the project design.
Purchasing requirements According to the scope of equipment procurement and supply, the manufacturer's technical drawings and materials must meet the requirements of the engineering construction drawing design. The capital contribution includes at least but not limited to the following:
(1) Provide equipment specifications and main performance parameters (including track models).
(2) Provide equipment accessories and drive configuration and technical description.
(3) To provide general equipment drawings, load and layout drawings, and stacker-reclaimer operation contours.
(4) Electrical automatic control requirements and technical specifications. The manufacturer shall provide the complete set of schematic diagrams for electrical control, external wiring diagrams, material tables, dimensional drawings, component layouts, wiring diagrams, etc.
Supply scope and spare parts description: The scope of equipment supply is to meet all the technical parameters of the parts and electronic control equipment to ensure that the equipment can be long-term, safe and normal operation, and to achieve the following required technical parameters of the equipment, Random accessories, special maintenance tools, spare parts (spare parts during the warranty period). The seller shall provide a complete set of equipment, including installation tools, connections between systems, and spare parts (free replacement during the warranty period), etc. The detailed scope shall be based on the general equipment drawings and sub-total drawings confirmed by the buyer. The seller must take full responsibility for the integrity of the equipment and the ability to meet the technical requirements of the equipment. Ancillary equipment devices that operate stably and effectively for the system are within the scope of supply.
