The fan festival was held at the Saitama Super Prototype Arena, with a total of 13,200 people invited to the 3D World Cup on the big screen. The 3D LED display provided by Sony is 867 inches in size, 19.2 meters wide and 10.8 meters high, but the pixel spacing is only 4.44mm, which can display 4Kx2K ultra high definition images. More than 10,000 spectators wore active 3D glasses and enjoyed the three-dimensional broadcast of World Cup matches and live performances.
It is said that Sony is currently applying for the Guinness World Record for "the world's largest 3D LED display" for this screen.
