Jie Xiaolan added that while China has abundant graphite resources, there are still technical hurdles in midstream production, and downstream applications remain costly and inefficient. To overcome these issues, she called for stronger policy guidance, better coordination between research, production, and application, and collaborative efforts among leading companies, universities, and SMEs to tackle key technological bottlenecks.
