1. ODM&OEM: we offer complete ODM&OEM solutions, which include customizing LED Bulbs (any brand you want), circuit board, housing and packaging box, your logo can be carved on housing by laser engraving if you require.
2. Small MOQ: for standardized products is 10 pcs, orders less than 10pcs will be regarded as sample orders.    
3. Warranty: 12 months warranty is provided, we'll be responsible for all bad quality problems during the warranty and bear all costs. 
4. 7X24 hours service: any questions or enquiries from you will be answered on-time in 24 hours.

Q: What's your after-sales service and warranty?
A: We promise to bear the following responsibility when defective product is found:
1.12 months warranty from the first day of receiving goods;
2. Replacements would be sent with goods of your next order;

Q: Do you accept ODM&OEM orders?
A: Yes, we provide ODM&OEM services to worldwide customers, we are able to customize housings in different styles, and LED bulbs in different brands, we also customize circuit board & packaging box as per your requirements.
 
Q: How to work with you on ODM&OEM orders?
A: There are three forms of cooperation for choice:
1.Housing customization: we need to negotiate the cost of development and reach an agreement before starting the cooperation;
2.Various colors of housing customization: No extra cost, however the MOQ is 100 pcs;
3.Various colors of LED bulbs customization: MOQ is 10 pcs, meanwhile the price will be increased.
