1. Dongyuan servo system has been fully affirmed in the toothbrush machine manufacturing enterprise in South China due to its outstanding cost-performance advantage and mature application experience. The electrical configuration mode of PLC+ touch screen and Dongyuan high-performance TSTA series servo motor has become more and more. It has become the mainstream of the market.

2. Working Principle Four sets of TECO TSTA servos are used on the toothbrushing machine. One set of 400W servo control clip handles the grip of the toothbrush handle to 90 degrees (internal position control), and two sets of 750W servo drives the fixed clip platform to do X and Y axes. Movement (external position control by the pulse from the PLC) requires high-precision positioning accuracy, and the fourth set of 750W servo control switches the bristles of different colors (internal position control). In addition, there is a frequency converter driving an ordinary motor through the cam to do the flocking action.
Action process: the clamp clamps the toothbrush handle from the Y-axis direction → the clamp is positioned at 90 degrees to the Z-axis direction → the platform drives the clamps to do X and Y-axis movement so that the bristles can be hit into the pores of the toothbrush head → the hair-transplantation is completed; Rotate 90 degrees downwards → the clip is released and a toothbrush is finished.



3. Conclusion The new CNC high-speed tufting machine adopts TECO servo positioning accuracy, its positioning accuracy can reach 0.05mm/100mm, and the response speed is fast. The maximum speed of hair implantation can reach 750 holes/min.
