1. Software Installation
1) Several software commonly used in programming, debugging and maintaining the Sapyr controller:
2) Sapro programming software, necessary functions in the project, writing control programs, IO channel configuration, signal types, etc.
3) Sapro library provides more functional blocks to meet more complex needs, making programming easier and faster.
4) Saphirscope tool software, necessary functions in the project, controller hardware upgrade, program upload, download, data monitoring, etc.
5) JAVA virtual services, auxiliary functions, access to the controller through IE browser, view the controller version, monitor data, with the upgrade of the controller version, the function is gradually strong.
2. Controller hardware upgrade
The Saphir controller's version, software version, supported function blocks, communication modules, etc. are closely related, because the version of the problem may lead to some functions are not supported, the communication card function does not support, so before deciding to install, Please first determine if the hardware version and software version are compatible.
Controller upgrade steps:
1) Disconnect controller power
2) Short the X19 on the ACX32 motherboard
3) Turn on the controller power
4) Disconnect X19 Shorting Links
5) Run the upgrade software, select the upgrade file
6) Perform hardware upgrade file download
7) Observe changes in download progress bar
8) After downloading, restart the controller power

Note: The controller's power supply is best to select the DC 24V, although it supports AC 24V power supply, but in order to avoid interference, the best choice for DC 24V power supply.
