Application of LD-SAKER Pipeline Leakage Monitoring and Alarming and Positioning System in No.8 Mine of No.8 Oil Production Plant

The Song II Lian-Song Yi Lian oil pipeline of Daqing Oilfield No. 8 Plant has a total length of 8.19km, a pipe diameter of 279mm, and a daily output of 3,000 cubic meters of crude oil. Song Erlian-Song Yilian oil pipeline is a double-line oil pipeline. There are two pipelines at the same time, old and new, and they are metered after Song Yilian meets. Since the pipeline was installed in December 2003 using the LD-SAKER Pipeline Leakage Monitoring Alarm and Positioning System, two stolen oil gangs were cracked and multiple stolen vehicles and tools were seized. All stolen crude oil was recovered. The following are related pictures.

Systematic alarms were accurately located in time and quickly protected. They captured two members of oil theft, one motorcycle and one oil theft truck. All the lost crude oil was recovered.

On July 24th, 2004, the system alarm occurred at 22:26:58. The location leakage point was 0.96Km (new line). According to the information given by the system, the leak lasted from 22:26 to 23:04 and lasted for 38 minutes. This time it was a bag stealing oil, a total of 29 bags, and the stolen oil displacement was 2.3-4.3 m3/ h, a total of about 2.5 m3. Systematic alarms were timely and accurate. The staff quickly attacked and captured a stolen vehicle. All stolen crude oil was returned. The following are related pictures.

Looking at the history curve can be clearly seen, this time for the preparation of bag stealing oil, a total of 29 bags.

System curve analysis: The total amount of stolen oil was 26 woven bags. The stolen oil volume was about 2.2-2.7m3/h and the stolen time was 45 minutes. The system alarms in time and positioning is accurate, so that the patrolling personnel can be dispatched in a timely manner according to the position given by the system. Captured one of the oil robbers and all the lost oil was seized.
